There is nothing quite like the serious amount of time we are now spending indoors to make us appreciate how our spaces can affect our energy. The light through our window can lift our mood. A view can bring us a sense of calm. A powerful yoga session can energise. Equally, scent has the power to transport us to another time and place. 

Scent is so incredibly powerful to the human body and can spark memories and even improve our cognition. The power of scent is endless, and that's why you may love a completely different scent to a friend, based on the nostalgia it sparks.

Depending on which product you have purchased, please find some care guidelines below;

A few tips when lighting your candle:

"When you first light me, make sure that my top is completely melted to the edge before you blow me out, to avoid funnelling. Always trim my wick to 5mm before lighting again to ensure a clean burn. Please don't leave me burning for more than 4 hours at a time, and never use my lid to extinguish. Due to the softness of my wax, I may reset with a bumpy surface. Some candles contain stabilisers to stop this from happening, but not me! This is normal, and just a reminder of how natural I am."

A few tips when using your diffuser:

"Unscrew cap, remove the stopper. Replace cap, and add the reeds. More reeds will result in a stronger scent, so experiment depending on the size of space you put me in. After 48 hours, turn the reeds upside down. Keep turning each time you want to refresh the scent."

A few tips when using your essential oil blend:

✨ Simply add 5 to 10 drops to your aroma / steam diffuser or oil burner and inhale, or inhale deeply straight from the bottle or from a hanker-chief whenever you need a little boost. I also like to add a few drops to my yoga mat, or on a little pillow to sit under the seat in the car.
