Refund policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please email sarah@houseofscent.co.uk as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 21 days for a full refund.

Unfortunately, return postage is non-refundable unless the order was sent by error.

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, or you have a complaint about your item, please email sarah@houseofscent.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement.

It is essential we have proof of purchase and photos of the damage to be able to do this.

Please note, as with all natural products, there may be variations in colour and scent from batch to batch
