A carefully created, unique blend of cedarwood, geranium, ylang ylang & vetivert.
Cedarwood is the king of essential oils and my absolute favourite, which is why it is the star of the show in my sunrise blend, giving you all the tools you need to make the most out of the present rather than planning the future.
Primarily it promotes emotional balance and is extremely stabilising and grounding. It encourages feelings of confidence and self-esteem, and is the ambassador of wellness and vitality.
It is the most dominating of oils in this blend, for all the reasons above, but is balanced beautifully with geranium, the queen. Ylang ylang is known to lessen stress and tension and promote a positive outlook. Vetivert oil is often rubbed on the feet as it is also very grounding due to it's ability to grow deep roots, despite being a grass.
Use me at the first sign of sunrise, or when you roll out your matt for practice or meditation. Set an intention, and appreciate and acknowledge where you are "right now."
There are so many ways to reap the benefits of these precious oils;

Simply add 5 to 10 drops to your aroma / steam diffuser or oil burner and inhale, or inhale deeply straight from the bottle or from a hanker-chief whenever you need a little boost
- Perfectly suited to branded diffusers such as the Neom wellbeing pod due to the purity of the oils
- Never apply directly to the skin, but can be mixed with a carrier oil such as jojoba or almond oil, or a thimble of milk and added to running bath water
- Make your own non toxic DIY cleaning spray by adding 10 drops to 1 cup of distilled water and 1 cup of white distilled vinegar
- I also like to add some drops to a little cushion and leave it in the car under my seat!
